    The enquiry has a part number and a quantity. The draft reply is built from your own price list and your usual wording, ready for you to check and send.

  • Every enquiry summarised

    Who is asking, for what, how many, by when, and what is missing. One short summary at the top instead of a long email thread to read first.

    A quote goes out and then goes quiet. A reminder lands with the right person after the number of days you choose, with the quote attached.

  • Enquiries sent into the software you already use

    Where it arrives, who touches it, what software it ends up in. A paragraph is enough. Add a sample datasheet or a price list if you are happy to.

  2. You get a written plan inside 48 hours

    What I would build first, what I would leave alone, the price and the date. In writing, so you can forward it to whoever has to agree.

  3. You decide, and nothing is due yet

    If your own software already does it, I will say so. If you go ahead, the price is fixed before I start.
